The outbreak, affecting at least 17 people across 13 states, began last August. FreshRealm has recalled products made before June 17, targeting specific Marketside and Home Chef trays.

Health and Safety Measures

The strain of listeria bacteria was found in a sample of the chicken fettuccine alfredo during a March inspection, though the product was destroyed before reaching stores. The specific contamination source remains unidentified.
